Who we are

Enclave AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the enclaveai.io website.

What we collect

• Contact data: the email you submit to join our waitlist.
• Campaign data (optional): UTM parameters (source/medium/campaign) if present in the URL.
• Device/operational data: standard web server logs from our hosting provider (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and reliability.

How we use your data

• To register you on our waitlist and contact you about launch/early access.
• To understand interest and traffic sources (using UTM parameters).
• To secure and operate the site (fraud/spam prevention, diagnostics).

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing & processors

We use service providers to host and operate the site (e.g., Google Firebase for hosting and database). These providers act as processors on our behalf.

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for operational/security purposes for a limited time.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@buildracelabs.io. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g., to correct, portability, object/restrict processing).

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

Children

This site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and restricted access.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new effective date above.
